个人简介:
吴双,博士,副研究员。主要从事肿瘤精准靶向治疗研究。主持国家重点研发计划子课题,重庆市自然科学基金面上项目,重庆市留创计划创新类项目等多项课题。
研究领域:
第一,基于磁共振波谱 (MRSI) 技术的分子成像手段监测肿瘤微环境成分的实时变化,从而实现非侵入式活体追踪肿瘤在治疗过程中的演化进程。
第二,探究免疫疗法(Immunotherapy)在临床前胶质母细胞瘤的治疗中的应用。
第三,研究临床前胶质母细胞瘤在化疗中产生耐药性的原因。
